The Diane & Marc Spilker Foundation supports Central Synagogue in New York, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, and UJA Federation of New York. The foundation supported an exhibition, Chasing Dreams: Baseball & Becoming American at The National Museum of American Jewish History. The exhibition weaves together the history of American sport, leisure, and national identity with the history of Jewish integration into American life.

Diane and Marc Spilker have continuously advocated against anti-Semitism throughout their careers and have also served as producers of three award-winning, critically acclaimed PBS specials: Anti-Semitism in the 21st Century: The Resurgence (2007), Jerusalem: Center of the World (2009) and The Jewish Journey: America (2015).

Longtime residents of New York City, the Spilkers are also proud supporters of The New 42nd Street which ignited the transformation of Times Square into the iconic and family-friendly destination it is today. In 2015-2016, the Diane & Marc Spilker Foundation sponsored the production of a five-part media series for The New 42nd Street. The series covered the sweeping 25-year history of the organization, emphasizing its role in revitalizing the theater district and its success in bringing the arts and theater to children. Marc Spilker was named to the board of The New 42nd Street in 2018, and currently serves on the executive committee, the audit & finance committee and the branding advisory panel.
